Mental Health is one of those issues that isn't addressed as much as it should. As part of a project that is based on social awareness issues in sports, I used pro NFL player Calvin Ridley as an example of athletes who are experience mental health through graphic design. Letting people understand that they are not alone. there are people out there who can help if they are experimenting mental health issues.
